1. Evidence of successful management of complex development schemes including estate transfers
2. Demonstrate an ability to establish development programme for building scheme
3. Able to act as the client lead representative for housing investment and development activity including estate stock transfer
4. Demonstrate proven skills in carrying out detailed appraisals, cost benefit analyses
5. Ability to lead, direct and manage multi-disciplinary project
6. Able to take a strategic view of housing development activity in the context of the Councils Corporate agenda
7. Able to work effectively with staff throughout the Council, residents, community groups
8. Able to work with minimal supervision and work to tight deadlines
9. Ability to identify and understand the needs of all people affected by housing development
10. Able to prepare and present complex report to senior management
